It all started when a group of determined engineers decided to take a stand against workplace harassment, bullying, and discrimination. They knew firsthand how harmful workplace misconduct could be, not only in hindering contemporary professionals from working efficiently but also in deterring the next generation of workers from achieving their dreams. Instead of feeling helpless due to their unfavorable circumstances, the founders of Sisu VR were determined to empower workforces to practice ethical courage and empathy. To further their goal of creating safer workplaces, the founders teamed up with MindGlow, an organization dedicated to empowering employees during active shooter emergencies.
